Dwayne Pienaar a talented rugby player who, in recent seasons, has struggled with injuries, limiting both his playing time and opportunities in South Africa.
We were called off the bench to help him crack the US market, which as a rugby player, is a giant challenge. We knew that we couldn’t just design a beautiful CV. Why? Because rugby clubs aren’t interested in qualifications, but rather in what he can do, his strength, conditioning and, of course, his skills.
We tackled these challenges by creating a personal highlight reel which served as a CV. The video was accompanied by a custom-designed website featuring his background, updated statistics, previous game videos and his contact details.
A true testimony to our work and the impact it made was when Dwayne made his Major League Rugby debut in 2019 for The Glendale Raptors, California.
