Savannaland – Corporate Identity

In 2018 Black Khaki was approached by Savannaland, a Namibian-based clothing, accessories and meat supplier, to create a corporate identity for them from scratch. We immersed ourselves into their brand’s ethos and were able to design a high-impact identity that truly speaks to Savannaland and all they stand for.
Reflecting their history, Black Khaki capitalised on the brand’s unique character through a taste of the Omaheke region where they’re based.
We designed a unique font by incorporating elements and instruments associated with the farm such as meat hooks, animal horns and their tails, creating a logo and identity that is not only classy, but relevant.
Through intent and strategy, Black Khaki brought a sense of modernity to all the beautifully crafted elements – from POS to packaging – each with its own unique piece of copy that makes eyes lust and mouths water.
